Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) Qualified Stock Exchange in the USA

April 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Colombo Stock Exchange has been designated as a Qualified Foreign Exchange by OTC Markets Group Inc., effective Friday, the 24th of March. As a result, effective immediately, companies listed on the Colombo Exchange may apply to qualify for trading on the OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink markets in the U.S.

Note in the press release from the OTC that both Kosala and I are mentioned as spearheading this qualification with the help of our legal partner on Wall Street, Bill Roshenstadt.
